5.  Costs
When you buy a home that’s listed in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), most of the time we can negotiate for the sellers to pay for both the listing agent and buyer agent commission.  While that is not always the case, we firmly believe that our agents bring more value than they cost and at the end of the day you will have gotten a better deal because of it.
